M-Tech®F metal foil tape is metal foil rolled into a cardboard box. It can be supplied in different thicknesses – from 0.01 mm to 0.1 mm. The basic measurements are 150 mm x 2500 mm. Stainless steel, mild steel and brass are available. Other materials can be available on demand.

Variants
In addition to the foil tape in the box, the product is also available in metal blanks. Metal blanks are a continuation of the foil tape range, in particular in the upper product range – 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm. Both tapes and blanks can also be delivered in self-adhesive designs.

Scope of product definition
M-Tech®F Box and FlatPack: The M-Tech®F metal foil tape consists of a tape which is 150 mm wide and 2,500 mm long; it is rolled into a cardboard box. M-Tech®F metal blanks, in contrast, comprise 5 metal blanks measuring 150 mm x 500 mm which are packed together in a cardboard sleeve called FlatPack. Please enquire if you would like different dimensions.

Manufacturing methods
The foil tape is separated in production from a 150 mm-wide coil and rolled into the M-Tech ®F Box.

Handling
M- Tech®F can be processed manually or by machine with different separation and shaping tools.
Manually: M-Tech®F special scissors for use on material with thicknesses of up to 0.15 mm, otherwise electrical sheet scissors or cutters for corresponding material thicknesses.
