Whether as wear and tear protection in aviation or as a special cladding material in pipework and plant engineering applications, the area of use of self-adhesive metal films extends over many sectors.

Various adhesives, usually in the form of self-adhesive tapes, are applied to metal and plastic films. These vary in thickness from 0.02 to 4.00 mm and essentially comprise wear-proof materials that are difficult to punch.
