We would like to point out explicity to you that the provision of your personal data is done fundamentally on a voluntary basis. You are under no obligation, legal or contractual, to give us this data or make it available. If you do not make your data available, this will not have any negative consequences for you. This applies unless information to the contrary is given below.

Facebook Insight

We use the analysis function “Facebook Insight” provided by Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA; “Facebook”) on our fan page. The function serves the purpose of advertising and market research to enable us to provide you with the relevant content and develop interesting functions for you. Facebook uses cookies here which enable the analysis of your visits to the fan page. The information generated by the cookies on your use of the fan page is usually transmitted to Facebook servers in the USA and stored there. Facebook has certified itself within the scope of the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement, which requires compliance with European data protection regulations. Data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR from the justified interest in targeted advertising and specific design of the fan page. If you as a Facebook user are asked to give consent, the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a. and Art. 7 GDPR. Your rights

Provided the legal prerequisites of Arts. 15 to 22 GDPR are met, you have the right to obtain information on the processing of your personal data, as well as correction, deletion and restriction of processing. To the extent possible, you also have the right to data transferrability.


You also have the right to object to data processing on the basis of Art. 6 Para.1 lit. f GDPR if the prerequisites of Art. 21 Para.1 GDPR are met. You can revoke processing of this kind at any time with effect for the future for reasons resulting from your particular situation ergeben. Once the objection has been lodged, processing of the data in question ceases unless we can produce proof of compelling reasons worthy of protection for continued processing which outweigh your interests, rights and liberties or if processing serves the assertion, exercising and defence of legal claims.


If data processing serves the purpose of direct advertising, you are at liberty to revoke it by giving us the appropriate nofification. We will then no longer process your data for this purpose.

We would like to point out to you that it is most practicable to direct the assertion of the rights of affected persons and requests for information to Facebook. Only Facebook has access to your data and can take direct measures to delete or restrict data etc., or provide information. We will of course support you in the assertion of your rights if need be.
