General Shipping Logistics Terms and Conditions

Our shipping logistics terms and conditions apply to deliveries of goods in accordance with the contracts concluded between Georg Martin GmbH and our customers and constitute an integral contractual basis for the acceptance and execution of orders. Deviating terms and conditions of our customers and contradictory routing orders are not considered in our offers and order confirmations.
Unless our offers and order confirmations expressly state something to the contrary, delivery EXW 63128 Dietzenbach, Incoterms 2010 is agreed without packaging costs.
The accredited and named logistics partners of Georg Martin GmbH are tested in line with our specific business processes and shipping requirements, thus giving them an important role in guaranteeing the agreed delivery deadlines.
The following shipping options are available:
Parcel consignments up to 31.5 kg:
Germany and Europe:
– Exclusively with DPD Classic on our terms (free buyer’s address at an extra charge).
DPD Express and Worldwide are in preparation.
Germany and worldwide, express consignments:
– With TNT on our terms without weight restrictions (free buyer’s address at an extra charge).
“Not free buyer’s address” possible with a TNT Customer No.
Consignments over 31.5 kg:
Germany and worldwide:
– With the NTS-Rodgau (CTL) freight forwarding company on our terms (free buyer’s address at an extra charge).
Express 24h, overnight 10 am, overnight 12 noon possible
– With Schenker Deutschland AG

The packaging materials used by Georg Martin are an integral part of our efficient shipping logistics system which guarantees optimum protection against environmental influences, damage and contamination of the packaged goods.
Only environmentally compatible materials tested and selected in compliance with our environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 are used in the packing and packaging process.
To ensure a high level of delivery reliability with simultaneous low costs, the decision on the type and scope of packaging for the delivery of goods remains exclusively with Georg Martin.
Any contradictory terms and packaging guidelines on the part of the customer are not considered in our offers and confirmation of orders.
The packaging chips used by Georg Martin are specified as follows:
99 % air – 1 % polystyrene (pure hydrocarbon)
100 % recyclable
Small load carriers (SLC) are not a part of our packaging logistics.
