Range of parts:
In addition to rotationally symmetrical, round parts with high degrees of forming, we also manufacture parts with different geometries. Some parts are internally processed in further work steps

• resistance welded
  flame sprayed
  burnished
  machined and finally assembled into assemblies

High quality standards are achieved in the areas of machining and resistance welding. We work with external partners for further processing steps such as heat treatment and coating.

Materials:
In addition to common strip steels, micro-alloyed and temperable steels are also used.

Machines:
Parts production at Georg Martin GmbH takes place on

• single presses from 400 kN and
• automatic punching machines up to 4000 kN
• with a maximum strip feed width of 330 mm.

Design and toolmaking:
CAD and CAM systems are used for parts and tool development. Our development team is at your disposal for new products. We combine our know-how from over 60 years of experience in the field of forming technology with the innovations of our development team.
